At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
