We specialize in a wide variety of physical media, including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD, as well as digital codes for your favorite movies and TV shows.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, GRUV Entertainment only ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the digital codes included with physical discs region-locked?
Yes, most digital codes included with our physical media are intended for redemption within the United States market and may be subject to platform-specific regional restrictions.
